Everything was good.

The location was excellent, but the shower in room 2 had a weak flow and the water was cold; the family in room 1 said the water pressure and temperature were fine. Sound insulation was poor, with motorbike noise right outside the window and a military trumpet sounding at 5:30 am across the street; the earplugs provided on the last two nights helped us sleep better.

The guesthouse was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet on the “wrong” side of the Chao Phraya, thoughtfully equipped, and just a short ferry ride from the main sights. All good!

The spot is great, but every Monday through Saturday someone plays trumpet at 4AM…
