The breakfast staff were rude, started clearing dishes 30 minutes early, and didn’t even have coffee; for $240 a night you should at least get a coffee.

I expected a decent stay and the breakfast was fine, but I probably won’t recommend the hotel because the A/C was a huge problem: the unit was leaking water and making noises at 3 am, which made my daughter and me very annoyed; we almost missed breakfast the next morning and decided to check out early instead of staying another day. The best advice is to check the vents before accepting a room, and if there’s a specific issue with the A/C unit it should have a sticker indicating the temperature setting.

The central courtyard and landscaping were great, and the hallways were quiet, though they looked a bit dingy and the carpet needs replacing. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. In the bathroom, the door frame had rust and the electric outlet needed replacing; it worked but wasn’t fully secure.

The staff were very nice and helpful; I checked in at about 2 AM and they were already expecting me, which was really nice. The pillows, however, were awful.
