The hosts were friendly and warm. I booked a double room and a deluxe double room, but it seems they were assigned to their own rooms instead (personal items and clothing were found, photos taken). In the double room, instead of a double bed there was a small sofa that was not at all comfortable and couldn’t accommodate two people. We were supposed to have a shower, but we had a shower… and the water was lukewarm, with the last person taking a shower with cold water.

We stayed with our family from Israel and the place was stunning—fairy‑tale scenery and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. A heavy snowstorm hit, but the owner cleared the drive at night so we could arrive comfortably. The resort is close to a ski area, a relaxation spot, and thermal pools.
