The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the entire setup was very dirty—hard‑to‑shake grime in corners, stairwell, and rooms; the sink didn’t drain because the drain was clogged with hair; the sheets and towels, once white, had become very musty; and the staff only did what was told or pointed out.

I was blown away by the fantastic cafe, but my experience was marred by the disgusting state of the toilet. It was filthy and reeked of something terrible, and to make matters worse, I spotted cockroaches scurrying around. It was a real shame, as the cafe was a highlight of my stay.

The location of this hotel was a major plus, but the internet connectivity was a major letdown. It was often painfully slow, and I wished they would improve it to make the stay more enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a clothes hanger in the room, which is a rare luxury in budget accommodations, and the price was very reasonable. However, my stay was marred by a lack of soap, which I had to purchase myself after three days because the hostel seemed to be out of stock.

I was initially impressed with the hotel's great location and spacious room, which also had a good air conditioning system. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I encountered a multitude of cleanliness issues. The bathroom lacked ventilation, reeked of mold and damp dog smells, and the sink was infested with mold. Everywhere I looked, I saw cobwebs, long black hairs covering the floor and walls, and a thick layer of dust throughout the room.
