Clean and well‑located, but the bed felt a bit too soft for us, and we couldn’t park our car next to the caravan.

“Ok but could be better!”

Location. Key box is very difficult to use, it’s needs replacing as this is the 3rd time we have stayed there with the same problem. Electric went off on our second day this time! We had to ring to sort it out! We felt it wasn’t as clean as usual & there was a musty smell in the main bedroom this time, never noticed it before

“Peaceful beach getaway”

The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Only a few minutes walk from the beach and about a 5 minute drive to Wolla Bank beach and North Sea Observatory so it's perfectly located. The outside space is a good size with a big table and two comfy chairs. The accommodation is well laid out with a big bathroom and comfortable beds. General cleanliness was not good.the kitchen utensils were all cheap plastic ones and some were greasy. Not a great selection of cooking pans or knives. Some of the cutlery were not clean and the outdoor area was full of cobwebs and the furniture had not been wiped down. The lap trays were dirty with bits of food on. so whoever does their cleaning has let the place down. Would still return as the location is perfect

“Definitely would go again”

The location was great, and there were no problems.

“Perfect family break with children.”

The caravan was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped, with a nice view overlooking the creek reserve behind it. It was a perfect retreat on a sunny day. All the home‑like amenities, TVs, WiFi, and very comfy beds were there. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the clean, family‑friendly beach with protective dunes. The on‑site restaurant and bar were very friendly, and Sunkist handled the bookings with excellent service. There’s nothing to dislike.
