“Decent hotel in quiet pocket of Nusa Dua”

We were greeted warmly by the staff here and they were incredibly helpful getting us settled into our room - we were checked in immediately even though we arrived early. They also arranged a scooter rental within minutes. We didn’t get a chance to explore the surrounding area much, the purpose of our stay was to visit friends in a nearby hotel. It’s in a quiet pocket just a short walk from the main road where you can find convenience stores and cafes, restaurants etc. It may have just been our room, but there was definitely some wear and tear. The tap in the bathroom was loose, the shower was coming off the wall, there were holes in the towels, the pillows were Full of lumped up foam etc. little things that let an otherwise perfectly good hotel down. The breakfast was also quite disappointing. A 1 egg omelette and a piece of watermelon- the portion was too small for even my 6yo son

“Great stay! Lovely little guest house!”

Friendly and helpful staff, everything you need a short walk away. Rooms were spacious enough and the price is very good if you are on a budget. We stayed 3 nights, 2 adults 4 children. Although there were a few things that i would have liked to have known prior to booking. Overall great stay, i would return without my kids if i came back and looking for a budget friendly option. Booking stated breakfast included. However when we got there it was 1 breakfast per room. I booked 2 rooms with 1 adult and 2 children in each. Towels werent replenished daily and also only 2 towels per room when we had 3 people in each. The last day of our stay i requested extra towels which they did provide. Theres a time frame for using the pool, 10am to 9pm i think it was, if i knew this i wouldnt have booked there with us having children.The owner did accomodate us and let the kids use the pool a bit earlier one morning however i didnt want to keep asking

“raport bun calitate-pret”

Locul e linistit. Poti dormi bine. Patul e foarte comfortabil. Piscina e micuta, dar curata. Camerele sunt spatioase, la fel si baile. Personalul e foarte serviabil. Noi am fost 4 familii cu copii si am avut nevoie de intreaga vila. Este un loc potrivit pentru un grup de prieteni. Am mers la plaja in zona centrala, Mengiat sau Geger. La Yasa Segara Beach Club ne-a placut cel mai mult (plaja cu sezlonguri aerisite, restaurant cu preturi OK in spate). La Geger a fost mai frumoasa marea, dar plaja mai inghesuita. Cu Grab e foarte convenabil, la oricare din locatii. Curatenia e superficiala, asta ar fi singurul minus

“Great value, clean, lovely accommodation and staf”

The service and accommodation were fantastic. Nyoman and his lovely girls went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for, and they take great pride in their guesthouse, maintaining high standards. Thanks for a great stay! Nothing was wrong—it was perfect.

Kubu. BEnoa guest house is very clean, and we were satisfied with the housekeeping. It sits in a good spot, the staff are kind and friendly, and they provided everything we needed, even the boss found a floating tray for us. Thank you for this. Only the breakfast was a bit poor, with a limited selection.
