We had a washer and dryer room that wasn’t busy, and the room itself had a sitting area with a TV and a kitchenette. The hotel was quiet, the mini‑store was nicely stocked and convenient, and the staff were super nice and amazing! The first room I stayed in leaked a lot of water onto the floor from the window seal, so I was moved to a different room. The rooms felt damp and extremely cold, the floors were sticky, and the shower head was broken.

The location was perfect, and the hotel staff were kind. However, there were many small mite‑like insects around the cups, and a lot of dust fell under the bed, so I wouldn’t say it was clean.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The new lounge was comfortable to relax in, and I could walk to the restaurant and ABC Mart, making it great value for money!

The location was convenient for the airport. The room had a slight smoke smell.

I didn't get any breakfast or other meals, and there was no airport shuttle when I arrived; the pool was tiny and full of teenagers.
