“Horrible.”
The entire management, rooms, amenities, and staff all needed a makeover—what a terrible experience. The room locks were broken and the TV system didn’t work; when I complained, they couldn’t fix it. The toilet flush was busted and they only tried a half‑hearted fix. To top it off, the main door wouldn’t open because the lock was faulty; I asked the front desk for a spare key or help, but they said they had none and told me to wait until they could sort it out. Absolutely horrible.
“Terrible Stay. Please avoid”
Nothing. Also, the hotel’s real name is Townhouse Sky, but it’s listed incorrectly. My stay at Townhouse Oak Hotel was a complete letdown. The room was outdated and clearly neglected, with a strong cigarette smell from the moment I entered. Cleanliness was unacceptable—the linens were dirty, the floor hadn’t been cleaned, and the taps and fittings had visible salt and grime. The air conditioner was filthy and seemed unserviced for ages, making the air feel unhealthy. Overall, the room felt abandoned and far below acceptable standards. I strongly advise anyone planning a stay here to inspect the room before checking in and paying at reception, or you might end up with a very unpleasant experience.
First, the property contacted me to confirm, then upon arrival they didn’t answer the phone, so I had to book another hotel.
The service was very good.
“Worst experience”
Nothing positive. Everything incurred an extra 800 rs charge for early check‑in, which was only about 1 hour—manageable, I guess, given the poor facilities.
