The apartment is very large, clean, and well maintained, set in a beautiful complex with a pool surrounded by greenery and total tranquility. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a few days of rest. Davide, the owner, was truly caring, kind, and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

The welcome, availability, and kindness of Davide, the small details and the services available, and the cleanliness. Unfortunately, in the pool, being immersed in nature, there are really too many annoying insects.

It is a quiet and clean accommodation and the owner very friendly. There was a bit less light in the dining room and the bed was a little uncomfortable.

A wonderful spot to relax, with nicely air‑conditioned rooms that were a relief after our varied experiences in Italy on this trip; the manager, owner and all the staff were very kind and helpful, speaking good English, and the beds were well made; the bathroom supplies, including plenty of hand towels, were tidy, and upon arrival we found coffee, tea and bottled water ready for us; the rooms were already cool and the fridge was chilled; the property features a decent‑sized pool with a lawn and comfortable beach chairs, plus several garden sets around the house; there’s a laundry room with a washing machine we could use freely, which was great with our little kids; the location serves as an ideal base for day trips to Pisa, Florence, Livorno, Lucca and Volterra, all within 30‑60 minutes’ drive. The only downside was that grocery shopping and restaurant visits required about a ten‑minute drive.
