The staff were very helpful and friendly, creating a positive vibe, but the room was a bit loud at night because it’s close to the fire house and train, and the only breakfast option was a special that was rather expensive.

The hotel was beautiful, sophisticated, elegant without being fussy, and artistic; everyone was friendly and eager to improve our stay, yet the room was noisy—people walked in the rooms above us, in the hallway, and on the street—though I can be picky because most of our visit was great.
