Breakfast wasn’t offered, but the location was adequate; overall the room was comfortable ifv.

The air conditioner wasn’t working, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and the refrigerator didn’t keep my medication at the correct temperature; even after notifying your team nothing was done, and the only relief I got was opening the window on a very hot night.

The room was available, but the hotel maintainer accidentally turned on the sprinkler and drenched my car even though I had already paid for a wash.

Location and how close it was to food an gas. The staff member who tried to convince me to just cancel my reservation because they didn’t want to do their job but the manager was perfect .but the lady running that office before the manager came showed she should not be in charge
