Attention to detail, a fantastic view, and all the facilities were beautiful and well maintained. Spa treatments were incredible, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great and easy to get around.

The view, room, and food are very good. The view is beautiful, showing the whole city and the very blue river. The room is comfortable with a solid structure. The food is excellent, with seafood and veggies in many varieties. The Orangies is a very good restaurant in the hotel. I personally don’t think there’s anything that needs improvement.

The staff were fantastic and the Michelin‑star dining was outstanding. It’s right next to the World of Wine entertainment venues, museums, and Port Cellars, and I couldn’t find any faults.

The breakfast was exceptional, a real 5‑star hotel.

The check‑in service was below the hotel’s standard; the staff’s attitude should be friendlier and more attuned to guests’ needs, as the service felt cold.
