“We were able to relax after a long drive in a quiet clean hotel”
It was a fair price for the location. The room with 2 queen beds was a good size. Both the beds and pillows were very comfortable Everything about the room was very clean. The breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. The property was situation away from other buildings but still everything was a short drive away
“Loud Screaming kids in the pool and the desk clerk did nothing to remedy the situation.”
Breakfast was very good, the room was clean, and the bed was fine—though it had a big sag on one side, so I slept in the middle. I came for the pool to relax, but when I arrived it was full of screaming kids: 12 kids and 2 adults, one adult in street clothes with black and white socks, plus 4 large inner tubes, 3 squirt guns, and several beach balls. The noise was insane. I cleared the hot tub of toys and stayed there. As I left, two more moms arrived with 3 more kids. I wanted to record the chaos, but my phone was in the room. When I complained to the front desk, the lady apologized but did nothing. I asked if they had rooms; she said they had a couple. I would love to see a couple of rooms that could hold 15 kids and 4 adults. The girl at the desk seemed to know the people and did absolutely nothing. I’ve never seen such a situation. If you want a relaxing swim on a Saturday afternoon, avoid Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’ll ever book here again, even though we’ve stayed several nights before. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
The ac was off when we got to the room the 1st nite and it didnt cool off till 2:00 in the morning! Everything else was good

The place was spotless and the staff were excellent. The breakfast the next morning was good. I appreciated being able to park right by the front door because I need handicap parking.

The pool was great and the family enjoyed it; breakfast was very nice and the staff were very good. When we checked in, the air conditioner was off. It wasn’t until after midnight that night that the room cooled enough to sleep, so we tried to cool ourselves with damp towels. The second night was fine because the room finally cooled.
