Nothing at all, absolutely nothing. I asked both the booking site and the hotel for a refund, but both parties refused, so I’ll share my photos. The room was extremely dirty, the jacuzzi was a joke, there was a leak, it was above a gas station, the insulation was problematic, and there were many birds on the windows. It was far from a 5‑star hotel, and the staff chased reviews with QR codes nonstop. On the last night they woke up to my dissatisfaction and photos, yet no word about a refund.

We ended up with a suite that had three bathrooms—comfortable and the staff were very good. It felt a bit dated but offered good value. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible, which probably colored our overall impression.

The room was super large and nice. The pool was a bit disappointing; it was fine for swimming but felt somewhat enclosed.
