The location was excellent, but the place was not clean and we didn’t feel comfortable in the room; communication with the host was insecure, happening via email and WhatsApp, even sharing personal data.

The spot in Chaia was ideal, secure access and check‑out until 11 am were nice, and chats with Mario on WhatsApp were friendly, yet it isn’t a hotel (the photo misleads) but a simple room with secure access and all instructions given remotely, the bedding was only average and soundproofing was poor, we were asked for extra info and the tourist tax payment was sent 48 h before arrival, which is inconvenient on vacation without a computer, and we had to install an app on our phone to access the room, making check‑in stressful.
