The location and view are fine. The staff were unwelcoming, the room smelled really bad… the hotel would need renovation. The staff were incompetent. It has been several weeks since I have been waiting for my bill, which still has not been sent.

The view and location are good. The breakfast could use more liquids and not just one cup of coffee.

The location is fine. The furnishings were very old, the bathroom was not clean, there was a lot of heating, and it was very hot.

The location and lake view are excellent. The breakfast was very basic, just toasted old bread and a reheated half-moon. The coffee was awful. The room on floor -2 was very hot; we asked the staff to lower the heating and it stayed the same. Everything is very basic for the price they charge.
