The compactness was a plus. Because we were traveling with children and had a lot of luggage, the short distance from the front desk to the room and the bathroom was very helpful. The parking lot only had space for six cars and was narrow, making it hard to park.

The onsen was amazing! The room and overall atmosphere were super relaxing and the entire area is beautiful and peaceful. It’s very close to a nearby bus station. We skipped breakfast because it didn’t look fresh. The hotel offers no water, only vending machine water, and given the room price I would have expected it. There’s no decent restaurant nearby, so you need to plan your trip accordingly.

The room was clean, and although the hot spring wasn’t huge, it was very pleasant and satisfying. Above all, every staff member was nice, making the check‑in and check‑out experience comfortable. The room had a unit bath, which felt a bit old, but the cleaning was thorough and the room was clean. It’s a walking distance to the Unessan, but with a toddler the traffic is heavy, so taking the shuttle bus from the nearby inn’s bus stop is better.

The staff explained everything politely and were very pleasant. I’m a germaphobe, yet the cleanliness made me feel more comfortable than I expected. The bed was spotless, and the indoor and outdoor baths were both good. Overall, very satisfied. The real issue was the noisy upstairs neighbors. Even after a phone warning, nothing changed, so I couldn’t sleep before the next day. I had a one‑day spa pass but couldn’t find where it was, and the sudden room change surprised me; I’d liked more detail on the plan I’d booked. The location is bad – the convenience store is far, the slope is steep, and there’s no street life. At least brighten up the area a bit.
