The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast buffet was abundant, and the four‑course dinner with a great salad selection was delicious; the hotel is well placed with a shuttle bus right in front and the cable car within walking distance, and everything was covered by the guest card. We left very pleased.

The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and went out of their way to satisfy us. The hotel sits right next to a bus station that can take you to the nearby cable car station and the towns of Fiss & Serfaus. The wellness area is exceptionally modern and impeccably maintained. The meals are delicious, beautifully presented, with an exceptional variety and well‑prepared dishes. However, we found the room lacking a coffee machine and a kettle for tea.

The hotel’s location is great, with a bus stop in front of the building. Dinner and breakfast are excellent, varied, and of high quality. The room and bathroom are very spacious. The children’s room and the garden games are fantastic! Some staff members, however, did not speak English very well.

“Top!”

A top hotel with outstanding food. Every day there is a culinary 4‑course dinner, plus a salad buffet and cheese to finish with a cheese board. The room is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, with a sunny balcony. The staff are friendly. The shuttle stop to Fiss‑Serfaus is right next to the hotel. On the downside, there is no mini‑fridge in the room.
