“Cleanliness”
The local area is central to shopping and food, there’s plenty of parking, and the bed was clean and comfortable. When we checked in we were told that no non‑smoking king rooms were available and we would have to settle for a non‑smoking queen or a smoking king. After some arguing he finally gave us a non‑smoking king room. While 80 % of the room was clean, the bathroom was disgusting: toothpaste from the previous guest was left all over the sink and mirror, the toilet still had feces in the bowl, and there was a puddle that looked like urine at the bottom of the shower.
