Hotel BH Los Ángeles

I was thrilled with my time at the hotel; the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Pilar stood out with her kindness and assistance. The room was comfortable and everything was well organized, and I appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The location is exceptional! And the staff too! For a solo traveler like me, it had everything – just stepping outside, the beach was on one side and on the other side all the leisure and shops of Benidorm's center! I will definitely return! Nothing I didn't like! I have no complaints! But to make it even more special, I would put a mini fridge in the room.

“Great location and price!”

The hotel sits in the Old Town centre, just a 2‑minute walk to the beach and bars right outside the door. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. The bathroom was new and modern with a great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they sent the door code immediately via message when we forgot our card. I would stay again for a short break in the old town. However, our room was plain white instead of the lovely tropical paper shown on the website, and we had no view—just the outer walls of the inner courtyard, which we weren’t promised.
