The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s central location in Kuala Terengganu made it easy to walk to the bus terminal, and a nearby café offered a good mix of Malay and Western dishes. Parking space was limited.

The privacy was excellent, the room had an air conditioner with a fan that could be turned on, and the auto‑cool feature was so strong it felt too cold 😭, yet I slept comfortably even without turning either on.
