The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Carlos at reception who gave us great tips on what to do and avoid in Paracas, provided luggage storage both at arrival and departure, and upgraded our room at no extra cost. The breakfast staff were also very attentive and pleasant, and the breakfast itself was full‑fledged with delicious pancakes. The hotel’s location is superb, right on the main street and just a 2‑minute walk to the promenade.

酒店的地理位置还是不错的，处在小镇的热闹中心，距离车站、码头、保护区入口以及商业街都很近。酒店的早餐挺好，让我印象深刻的是炸鸡块和炒蛋，很美味。酒店的前台和清洁服务让我觉得很棒，热情且友好，每个人的笑容与打招呼都发自内心。. 客房设施比较简陋，虽然卫生很干净但不提供一次性的牙膏、牙刷以及拖鞋很不方便，还好出发前我考虑到这个问题，自带了一些才不至于发生困扰。床可以让我入睡，但谈不上很舒适。酒店WiFi信号有点差强人意，手机的网络信号也点不太稳定，我不清楚是不是秘鲁的电讯公司的问题还是酒店房间信号隔离比较厉害。
