Nothing at all was good, and we were scammed – the pictures on your website look so good but the property was nothing like that. The images are deceiving. The linen was very dirty, with food stains and blood stains. The shower splashed in all directions, the staff were unprofessional, the rooms smelled of smoke, and people started screaming early in the morning.

Nothing about the hotel was good; it was absolutely disappointing. The ambience and facilities were incomplete, the rooms were very old and untidy.

I booked a room a day ahead, but when I arrived the receptionist said there was no room available, which was baffling and unhelpful; I had to search elsewhere afterward.
