The interior walls are thin, so you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms, which shouldn’t happen. Some cables stick out from the ceiling, and to open the blinds you have to get on the sofa—there’s a nice string. There’s no bell at the reception, so if someone arrives you have to wait until someone finally shows up.
The breakfasts are very good, the place is clean, and I recommend it.
The spot is fantastic, the rooms are roomy, well‑maintained, and spotless, and everything we needed was in the room, yet bike rentals aren’t included in the stay price and the bikes themselves are in pretty bad shape.

There are minor defects: the shower doesn’t close properly and water leaked onto the tiles, the toilet installation is unfinished, the trash can lid is damaged and falls off. The biggest drawback is the lack of even a small kitchenette; you’re expected to prepare breakfast yourself.

The location was fantastic and the rooms felt spacious and spotless. Over my four‑day visit we only received one tea sachet (the photos even showed instant coffee), and the rooms were poorly insulated, so hallway conversations were clearly audible.
