The reception was cold and the hosts seemed unhelpful; upon arrival they insisted I remove my shoes each time I used the stairs to reach the room. I refused and tried to cancel, but they were reluctant, the husband was quite aggressive. With persistence and the help of the booking platform, I finally got the reservation cancelled and refunded, which was a relief. I would not recommend staying with these hosts, who were uncooperative from the start and unfriendly when I arrived.
