Buses to Circular Quay, Central Station, and nearby beaches run frequently from this centrally located hotel.

No extra pillows were provided when I asked for them. The restaurant was closed, and room service was only available for pastries. My room door was left open after cleaning, and when I raised it with the staff they asked me, “what would you like me to do about it?” Overall, it was quite disappointing.

I spotted this place because it sits right next to bus lines and is a short walk from the CBD and the stadium, and there are Lime bikes nearby, so getting around was a breeze. The rooms felt modern, spotless and cozy, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The attached restaurant was a nice perk for meals and morning coffee. I’d definitely book again! We chose a standard room, and while the bathroom felt a bit cramped, it was adequate for our two nights.

The staff were helpful, but the property looked dirty and rundown; basic items like toilet paper were missing, the pool wasn’t cleaned, and the surrounding area was a mess.

The location of the hotel is awesome - Right in the heart of the Paddington shops and cafes, honestly perfect location. The pool and facilities are also really great, and the staff were also very kind and attentive, letting us check in early where available and leave our bags etc. The hotel itself - in terms of the quality and standard of the rooms were a-bit more dated, and cheap than I expected. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and the walls were so thin, we could hear people’s conversations in rooms as we were walking down the hall and people slamming doors and talking loudly outside the room at night. Overall, we still had a really lovely stay, and the staff were great in all aspects, however, still things worth noting overall

The décor looked good and the staff were friendly enough, and the pool was pretty. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room advertised a pool view but actually faced a wall, the pool itself was dirty, and the price was very high for what we received and for the room’s size.
