The incredible beauty of the place and the view, the complete immersion in nature, the staff’s kindness, the cleanliness, the varied spa, and the legendary breakfast were all superb. Practically nothing to complain about, though I might tweak the poolside cocktails a bit.

Everything about the resort is beautiful for a relaxing experience, but the road to the hotel is a drawback.

Lage, Aussicht und Zimmer sehr gut. Briefmarken für Postkarten sollten wir uns selbst im Ort (17 Minuten ins Tal fahren) besorgen. Nachdem wir das nicht wollten, wurde uns ein Aufpreis der Briefmarken von 45. % angeboten. Auf der Rechnung habe ich jetzt gar nichts gefunden. Bin gespannt ob die Karten ankommen. Handtücher für unsere Liegen in der Premiumsuite mussten wir im Spa selbst organisieren . Die Dame, welche uns zu unserem Zimmer brachte, wollte das nicht erledigen. In dieser Klasse müssen Polster und Handtücher für die Liegen in der Suite sein. Die Nacht kostet ja Euro 1.000;—. Am Anreisetag wurde uns erstmal mitgeteilt, dass ein Platz im Restaurant schwierig werden könnte. Es hat dann aber doch geklappt! Das Restaurant war aber gar nicht voll

The spot is fantastic with stunning lake views. The room was spotless, fully equipped, and packed with charming little details. Parking was ample, breakfast and dining were superb, and the staff were attentive yet not pushy. The pools, sauna, and especially the salt pool were excellent, and the extra fee was worth it. This is our second stay and we’re already planning a third.
