The cleanliness, facilities, location, and pool were all excellent. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the beds were very comfortable for sleeping; the value for money was very good, so I would definitely return. The reception staff were not very diligent with my reservation; they made me wait over two hours to locate it, did nothing to resolve the issue, and I had to call the customer service number to sort it out.

The location is perfect!. The beds are rock hard but the kids bunk beds are soft

We had a wonderful stay, but I was disappointed we couldn’t use the pool because it was closed due to cloudy weather; otherwise everything was good!

The place was clean. The beds were a little too hard for me, and because we were near the elevators, it was noisy at times.
