The place was clean, but the drinks in the room were only refilled once; when I asked, I was told it only gets refilled one time, which is not ideal for a 5‑star hotel that charges 10‑20 €.

L’hôtel était au top! L’accueil est très chaleureux Le personnel est très souriant Le chef d’animation monsieur Selahattin est très accueillant, très sympa si jamais vous souhaitez quelque chose n’hésitez surtout pas a lui demander Lucky l’animateur est très gentil, serviable met une très bonne ambiance autour de la piscine !! Il venait toujours voir si tout allait bien une sucre !!!! Le Dayi au beach est très serviable nous apportait toujours des boissons. Côté cuisine la nourriture était bonne Hôtel très propre et luxueuse ! Je vous conseille vivement cet hotel !!!🫶🏽 Je reviendrais
