“For a low budget an excellent place”
Great value for money. Central location. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The air conditioning existed but was not very effective.

The spot is great, just a block from the metro, but the hotel itself was awful—dirty carpet in the hallways and our room, especially the bathroom, was never properly cleaned. We stayed 8 nights, yet the sheets never changed and the bathroom stayed dirty; only the towels were swapped. With a child, the elevator starts between the ground and first floor, so we had to haul the pram up and down stairs every time.
Very modest, we decided to change rooms because the one for three seemed too cramped. They refunded us without any hassle. The place is fine, not far from the center.
