The staff were very friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, I chose the outside room by the pool and was disturbed by noise from guests arriving late at night; they were playing snooker and drinking, which kept me from sleeping. The bathroom window doesn’t close properly—it’s scary, and they need to fix it.

Bed is comfortable. 1.i was booking a hotel as it was described, and to my surprise it’s more of a home. 2. Got a room with no ensuite. 3. Gate access is limited, as gate remote control was not shared with me, so, I had to hoot and/or knock on the reception/office/bedroom for staff to open for my husband

I was pleased with the privacy and the personal attention I received for my specific needs, but the outside of the room could use a touch of refurbishment.

The place was old but clean, safe and neat, and the facilities matched what was promised; however, it was far from upscale or hotel‑like, just a tidy old house, and the room was cramped, the hot water lukewarm, and a shower door was missing.

The staff were great and super helpful, the room was cozy and felt homey, but the noise level rose because a function was booked and the other guests were quite loud.
