The front desk staff were helpful, but the hygiene was awful: the towels smelled bad, and the corridor carpet had an unbearable odor that left me feeling nauseous with a severe headache.

The place was conveniently located, but my stay at Samba Itaboraí was very disappointing and left me upset and sad about how I was treated. The main issue was the breakfast service: at one point, staff started removing food before the announced time without warning guests, which was embarrassing and showed a lack of consideration for those still eating. During breakfast, a sweep of the area stirred up dust while guests were still dining. This was completely inappropriate for a food service setting where hygiene, comfort, and guest well‑being should be paramount. What hurt me most was the staff’s insensitivity to the situation; small attentiveness can make a big difference for guests expecting an organized, clean, and welcoming environment. I sincerely hope the management of Samba Itaboraí reviews these procedures and better trains its team so other guests won’t face the same problems. Unfortunately, my rating reflects deep dissatisfaction. The stay could have been positive, but the breakfast service severely impacted my impression of the hotel.

Higiene é péssima,pelos e unhas no quarto é normal! Elevadores parece que vai desmontar! Quartos não tem interfone, recepção não responde o whatsapp! Se precisar de wi-fi. esquece!
