Breakfasts were wonderful. The room was cozy, the AC worked, and the bathrobes and slippers were provided. All toiletries were fully stocked, towels were changed daily, and the tea in the room was delicious—thanks for that. I would have liked more lighting, especially in the laptop work area. There was no iron in the room. The bathroom was a luxury for business travelers, but there wasn’t enough time to fill it and then lie in it; a shower would have sufficed. Rooms without a bathroom would save water.

“Wuhan was a surprise!”

Although the hotel's new building, excellent breakfast, and impressive rooms made a great first impression, the staff's occasional lack of cooperation and subpar bar service detracted from the overall experience. While the hotel has many strengths, it still needs to work on its customer service. The guest's stay was a mixed bag.
