The Urcu Hotel, located in Kaleici, old Antalya, is a small, family-run hotel housed in a beautifully restored historical mansion. Renovated in 2015, it features 12 traditionally styled guest rooms, some with pool views. Centrally situated for exploring Kaleici's historical sights, shops, and restaurants, it's 20 minutes by tram from Konyaalti Beach and Antalya Museum, 7.5 km from the bus terminal, and 16 km from the airport.

The Urcu hotel was in a perfect spot for sightseeing, the pool was clean, breakfast was tasty and traditional, but the room was dated, the bathroom could use an update, the shower sealant had mould, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the noise outside the front disturbed us a bit early in the morning (we were on the ground floor).

The location was good, but the old hotel had uninsulated windows and an average breakfast.

The location is great—close to the sea, Antalya centre, restaurants, taxis, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The pool was clean and fresh. However, there was no coffee in the room. Breakfast was good and plentiful but not varied enough; for example, no yoghurt. The place feels a bit old‑fashioned and needs refreshing. There is no duvet, only a blanket.

The breakfast was very poor and the AC wasn’t working well.

We never had breakfast, and the beds were the worst we’ve ever slept on— the mattress was so old you could feel the springs, the mattress protector on the double bed was disgustingly yellow, the cleaner never left any water or sugar for the whole week, the room was big but outdated, the shower had black mould around the outside, and you had to walk through an office to reach the bedroom.
