I rode the Petit train by bike, left an important item in St Jerome, and the staff found the last rental car on Mont Laurier, arranged a cab to pick it up, and saved my trip – service beyond expectations.

The location near the cycling trail Le Pt'it train du Nord is great. There was no soap in the bathroom.
We were disappointed to discover that the restaurant attached to the property was closed – something that hadn’t been mentioned when we booked – and we ended up paying more for the stay because of that; the spa was also out of order, yet the price remained unchanged. On the plus side, the cleanliness and comfort were excellent, and the restaurant didn’t charge us for any starter we didn’t receive, which was a small relief.

There was no warm welcome, but the comfort was exceptional and the room was very well equipped. The place was spotless, the parking was spacious, and the electric car charging point was much appreciated. Everything was perfect for us, so I recommend it.
