The manager there is so kind and helpful! I never have to call the front desk for any reason. The linens are always fresh and the room is immaculate! I have booked stays with them 4 times and absolutely will again!!. No pool shade and limited seating

The room was pretty basic but very spacious, well equipped, and everything worked as intended. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked a luggage rack and a comfortable chair to sit. It was a bit pricey for this type of room, especially with the pet fee.

The sink didn’t drain properly; I could barely brush my teeth and it still backed up.

The rooms are huge for a motel, spotless, and the maid comes every day. The spot is great—close to Llano and Burnet, so I was right in the middle of Kingsland. There’s a cute pool up front, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Some people mentioned that the shower takes 3‑5 minutes to heat up, but once it does, it stays hot for as long as you need. That wasn’t a big deal for me.

The price was reasonable. I had trouble figuring out how to use the TV.
