I never received the reservation I booked online, and when I arrived the staff told me no rooms were available.

The rooms were really nice and clean, which surprised me, and the staff was great.

The place was clean, and I had no complaints.

Dead roaches were in my sheets, the whole place was crawling with them, I felt dirty the entire time, and I even saw a roach in the refrigerator.
