The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly, but I didn’t realise I had booked a smoking room, so it was disgustingly smelly; for a smoking room it was okay but still. The entire city was booked out for Silver Week, which I had to deal with.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with friendly and courteous staff who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Although I made a mistake with my room, the staff handled it professionally and provided excellent service. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but I understood that it was a unit bath. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel's flexibility and hospitality.

I appreciated the hotel's quiet atmosphere, with minimal outside noise and no disturbance from adjacent rooms. However, I felt that the dinner and breakfast menus were too similar, leaving me wanting more variety. Despite this, the healthy and tasty food was a highlight of my stay.
