Nothing. The only good thing was that a good grocery shop was only a few minutes' walk away. When we arrived, we were immediately confronted by unprofessional staff who took our passes while we were told to go to a room. Two Britons without shirts offered us alcohol – they were trying to get us to buy their expensive drink wristbands. When we finally reached the room, we were all shocked. Everything was incredibly disgusting everywhere. There were ants on the entire floor, and the door lock had come loose so anyone could get in while we slept. It took two hours of complaints with the unprofessional staff just to get new sheets and someone to fix the door. We had booked a room for 5 people but received one with 4 beds. We were extremely dissatisfied and felt deceived. At the end of the week when we checked out, they claimed 3 glasses were missing that we had to pay for, which was not true. We went back to check, and all glasses were still there – it was them. When we told the staff, they ignored us, so we gave up and paid. Our neighbors experienced the exact same thing, so I assume this is their way of making money. You also have to pay if you use the cutlery in the kitchen in the room. My tip is: absolutely do not book a room at this hotel – it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The availability. The English people who make a racket all night with yelling, shouting, and music that ends at 7 a.m.

“A movie - comedy thriller romcom sci-fi ect”

The real question is what didn’t we like ? Everything was a dream the highs were high but savvas made the lows bearable. I didn’t like how I couldn’t have 10 minutes without having fun

“Bland den bästa veckan i mitt liv!”

There was very nice staff and everything was good! Friendly people and the hotel’s target audience was young people. Perfect for us who wanted to party in Laganas. There were super fun activities and a DJ by the pool. Cleaning was fine, there was no toilet brush. Otherwise an excellent hotel! No toilet brush, no cleaning and bedding. However, that’s not very important because you’re out all the time anyway.
