The location was amazing, offering real privacy and space, though dining was a bit pricey because there were only on‑site options, and Ascona was not far away.

Everything was wonderful: the garden, the lake, the breakfast was very good, the staff were also nice and helpful, and I was absolutely welcomed when I arrived with my large dog Snow; there was nothing to criticize.

The breakfast buffet was very rich and inviting; the location was a bit outside Ascona but very quiet with a large garden, a pool, and agriculture; the staff were very friendly and the reception welcoming; the room (a Junior‑Suite with balcony) was very, very good and large, with excellent service. What bothered me was that in a five‑star hotel people came to dinner in T‑shirts and shirts; the dining room’s décor with Feaux‑Vieux, faux granite tiles, stone floor, etc. felt cold and unwelcoming, and we missed a quiet, cozy atmosphere; the bar was not served.

The breakfast was average compared with Interalpen Telfs / Seefeld; the salad and cheese buffets were missing at dinner, so it did not meet Interalpen standards.

Almost everything was great: the space, facilities, room, staff, and location. The only downside was breakfast, which lacked fresh protein and had many processed meats.
