Super attentive and very kind staff. The room was spacious, clean, and in good condition. The hotel has lovely areas like the bar with a bookstore and the central staircase area. Parking is convenient. Dinner service was pleasant thanks to the atmosphere and staff friendliness. The location is great for walking around Turin, right next to the cathedral. However, the food services are pricey for the quality offered; at breakfast, items like coffee and milk were missing at times. Dinner service was excessively slow.
