The hotel isn’t exactly close to the airport; driving takes about 15 minutes from the airport. The staff are helpful, and overall I’m satisfied.

“if you don’t care about PREMIUM expensive 5 stars hotel but just need a bed, this is what you need”

Staying in Shenzhen feels unbeatable – the price is a bargain, and the taxi ride from the airport takes only eight minutes. It was simply incredible, and I’ll definitely return to Shenzhen. The staff used a translator to communicate, and everything went smoothly. I usually find something to complain about, but there’s nothing to nitpick here; it’s perfect for a solo traveller.

“Staff at reception was not very welcoming and helpful compared to all other hotels I stayed in China”

When checking in, the staff said they couldn’t locate my reservation even though I showed them the booking on my phone. After a few minutes they started checking in other guests, making me wait. It was 11 pm and I thought it was unfair to be made to wait when it was my turn. My first room was extremely noisy, but the next one was better. They didn’t offer me breakfast.
