The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming, making a great first impression.
The views from the rest of the hotel, including the patio and my room, were absolutely spectacular.
The hotel's prime location was a major draw for me, but I felt that the property could benefit from some general maintenance to elevate it to a top-rated experience.
The hotel and cabins could benefit from more maintenance and cleaning.

However, the bungalow’s equipment was poor and the heating was bad, so we were cold the whole time; the hair dryer didn’t work at all. What disappointed me most was that I had booked a lake‑view bungalow from the lounge and the room, but I was given the other one that only has a view from the lounge, and no one told me about it. That reception left me a bit let down.
The location and staff were fine, but since the day of my stay I’ve been requesting an invoice for my accommodation to justify the expense at work, and after six attempts over fifteen days I still haven’t received any response. A little more attention to something as simple as sending an invoice would help those of us who choose this beautiful place for business trips.
