From the outside it seems like a three‑star hotel, yet they denied my booking was wrong even though I booked the same property and paid directly more than the online rate; I avoided arguing at night. The wash basin lacks a drainage pipe, a bucket is placed beneath it, the wall is dirty, there’s no soap or hand wash in the bathroom, and even plain water isn’t available in the water can.
