The price was great, but the building really needs a lot of renovation.
“A Tired but Convenient Option”
The Airton's been around for a while, and it shows – the walls haven't seen a fresh coat of paint in over 20 years, and it's starting to look pretty tired. The noise levels are through the roof, and the shower's a joke, barely trickling out any warm water. Still, I guess it's not like they're trying to hide the fact that there's no hot water, and the furniture's straight out of a bygone era.

The room was spacious, hot water came from the shower, and the bed was large and comfortable. The old, loud air‑conditioner worked, but the whole building had no fridge and the atmosphere was not friendly 😞.
