The location, the room view, the breakfasts, and the cleanliness of the place. Unfortunately the staff were not friendly. There was also false advertising about the hotel “spa” because the spa is only open between 15:00 and 18:00 or 19:00, greatly limiting the possibility of enjoying it…

The quiet spot, spa, and breakfast were good, but I wish there had been slippers, a fridge, and an electric kettle.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the modern room offered a beautiful view, and both the breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent.

The balcony view, service, room, and breakfast were all top‑class, though a steep 10‑minute uphill walk from the bus stop is a bit of a hassle and the local bus to the hotel is infrequent, but that didn’t bother us.
