The breakfast was decent but limited, and the staff were very friendly, yet the room I got didn’t match the online photos of Santa Fe style, exposed beams, a kiva fireplace, or the featured blanket at the foot of the bed, and the bathroom was far less impressive than shown; it felt like a bait‑and‑switch and the street‑side location made it noisier than I’d hoped.

Breakfast offered a wide variety and was excellent, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel’s position on a quiet street was perfect while still being within easy walking distance of the plaza and other attractions, with no negatives to mention.

The location was great, but room 32 had maintenance problems: two burned‑out lights in the bathroom and water puddled on the living‑room floor after rain.

The room was great, cozy, and authentic, the staff were fantastic, breakfast was a 10/10, and the value for money was good; the location was awesome and within walking distance of downtown, with no downsides at all.
