Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and sweet to my kids, which means a lot to me. The bathroom tissue had a dirty spot on it before we arrived, but that’s understandable and won’t stop us from coming back—we love it here! 🩷

The staff are friendly, and the pool and gym are great! It would have been better if there were more coffee pods available.

I liked the location, but we ended up in a tiny king room that looked nothing like the photos we saw online, so we didn’t get what we paid for. There’s no elevator and the stairs were filthy. I would never book that room again, especially since it was next to the pool, which was extremely loud.

The hotel itself is wonderful—it's the only place I stay when I'm in Gree Bay. The bed is a bit too hard and could use a different type.
