Never stayed at a Sonesta. The property was beautiful, especially for an “airport hotel.” Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. Food at the restaurant was wonderful. Gym facilities and pool were nice. They stored our luggage so we could explore Nashville before our flight

The location. Murphy bed, mattress on floor level, and dirty. Uncomfortable mattress and furniture. I chose the upgrade and was supposed to pay $164 but ended up getting charged $303 for one of the nastiest and most uncomfortable stays in Nashville. I will not be making this mistake again

I always like staying here at Sonesta !! Always a good stay when we visit Nashville !!! Everyone is so nice and friendly to us !!!. No complaints!!
