Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and always fully stocked. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The Maitre de Service was a highlight that really enhanced the experience. I would not recommend the half‑board; it didn’t taste good at all—an attempt at “Haute Cuisine” where nothing really matched. While the Maitre de Service was a highlight, the rest of the staff delivered the opposite level of service.
